Newbe needs help

I just got my v1 setup i bought off someone and downloaded the software from web site and bought a tuning license tried to register license but i dont have the key on the license registration card.

I can data log, watch the dashboard and all that it connects to my truck but i cant tune.

any suggestions?

What is the serial number on your V1... (in tunetool, go Help->1 Licensing with V1 connected to PC).

Tech Support will look up your serial number and get back to you with the Blue Card license info.
