Default deciding weather to tune myself

Hey everybody ive had my truck for about six months, and had live on it for about five and a half. Im always wanting to get it retuned but i dont do my own tuning. I seriously considering startung to tune myself but im kinda overwhelmed by the whole process. Any advice about getting started. Is it really as confusing as it looks when someone else is doing it. Sorry for being such a noob.

    Hi BlakeA,

    Welcome to the forum...

See this thread, maybe it will help: http://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?t=13275

Talk to some people, read as much as you can, look at the various diesel threads on the various forums, ask questions... various people will be happy to help you learn.

we're all noobs at one time... you will be spending most of your free time with this, this will now be your new hobby... ...it makes more sense after you've spent some time reading and understanding the processes... whenever there's doubt, ask questions...
