    Default What a/f to start tuning my dry shot?

    Installing a dry shot this weekend on my Z. Looking for input on what my a/f ratio should be before I hit the button on the 100 shot. No maf, just tuning with serial lm1.
    THANKS...

    I guess the shot is small;

    To be in the safe side with the shot, AFR shall be 11.7 ....... and take 2 deg every 50 hp

    Before the shot the AFR can be whatever u like between 12.5 to 12.8

    For your setup (dry), it would be better if you use COS. COS will have your car at optimum condition with and without NOS.

    Or tune it for the two conditions, and swap between them as required.

    Good luck...OB

    Yeah, I was looking for what to tune the A/F to prior to the shot before hitting the button. IE : i tune mine to 10.5 and hit the button and a 100 shot takes it to 11.7. I'll lower the timing and get logged and try some stuff. I was looking for an idea to start with though...

    Thanks for replying
