Default Timing issue w/'02 Camaro tune on '95 LT1

I am using an '02 Camaro 5.7 cal on my '71 GMC with a '95 LT1 350 and EFI Connections LS1 computer swap. I have been driving the truck for the last year or so and it has been a work in progress with suprisingly few problems. One nagging problem though has been the ignition timing. On cold starts, I usually have 0 to 5 degrees of timing, which counts up to a more normal number as the engine runs for a minute or so. Also, as the engine winds up, the timing number counts down, with as little as 24 degrees of timing @5000 RPM. I have pored over all the timing tables, and cannot come up with any reason why the timing is not following the spark tables. I have attached my tune and a datalog from the dragstrip for all to take a look at and see if anyone can shed some insight on this problem. On the datalog, nothing really happens until the end. The dragstrip was having timing light problems and the starter having a shit fit about nothing (all normal for Great Lakes Dragaway in Union Grove, WI), so just fast forward through most of it until the truck actually starts going!!!
Any help is appreciated, once I get the timing taken care of, I can fine tune the fuel and finally be done, if that is possible!!!
    Thanks in advance!!

First thing I would do is I would be logging the torque reduction spark pids to see if something stands out. After a quick look I cant see anything out of place, but the internal torque calculations could be pulling timing.
