    Default .cax file table numbering

I was playing around making a cax file last night & came to a blank when it came to the table number to use.(I was on my other computer) This had me thinking about when we share .cax files & end up with similar table numbers for different parameters. So here is the list of table numbers I have used on top of the transient tables that MICK first made. I figure if we keep a registry on what table numbers we have used it will make it much easier in the future.
Can those others making .cax files add to the list?
    {B0121} Dynair calculation hysteresis
    {B9000} Impact factor
    {B9001} Stomp make up fuel
    {B9002} Impact factor modifier
    {B9003} Boiling time constant
    {B9004} Boiling time modifier
    {B9005} Wall mass factor
    {B9006} Wall wetting min rpm
    {B9007} Wall wetting max tps
{B9008} DFCO stomp compensation tps min
    {B9011} Prior stomp compensation reduction
    {B9012} Initial stomp compensation time
    {B9013} Stomp compensation delay
    {B9014} Minimum stomp fuel
{B9015} steady state enable/disable threshold rpm
    {B9016} steady state map
    {B9017} low map delta kpa
    {B9018} high map delta KPA
    {B9019} Delta tps low
    {B9020} Delta tps high
{B9021} Min pulsewidth in transient conditions
    {B9022} A/C Default airflow drive
    {B9023} A/C Default airflow P/N
{B9024} End of injection timing trim
{B9025} End of injection timing Normal
    {B9100} Lean Cruise enable

Also these (I have to check if they're correct):

    B9100: LC Enable
    B0121: Dynair calc hysteresis

Edit: correction: this should be B0121 and not B0105... I also updated this on Mick's list above.

Didn't I start a thread somewhere about keeping the CAX files upto date?
Anyone care to ad to it.

YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T
MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE
    DUCT TAPE.
IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU'VE GOT AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.

    Howard,

I'll update the .cax files with the new table id's soon...

I have new table id's for 12212156, 12202088 and maybe one other... I don't have them for the other .cax files (by table id I mean having the address and conversion also).

Cool! I'm curious to see what people have been playing with in my 'absence'.

Now...1:45am here...at work...time to find a dark corner and contemplate the insides of my eyelids for a bit.

Blah....sleep's overated anyway. (had to go fix a machine...damn it).
I sent you my current .cax file...which has a few differences to yours.
Are you able to merge the two so the numbering is correct?
Mine contains the transient fuelling as well as the Dynamic fuelling tables.
Also PCM lock 'stop', platform, 4x4 etc...
