About 3 months ago I swapped in a 2005 GM 5.3ltr motor into a 1995 FORD F-150 Extra cab truck... The owner added about 100 horespower over stock and Doulbed his MPG... Sorry for the hijack...

In the forward view I saw a piece come off the car, looked like from in front of the windshield...

Factory Fiberglass A pillar cover broke. I think the camera was torquing the window pulling it out against the A pillar cover which caused it to fail.

If you at the pictures I posted you can see it in place, broken and then 200+mph taped.
