Invalid Auth. code?

im trying to activate my first vin for my 04 corvette, but when i go to the support page its telling me it is invalid. can someone help me out? thanks.

You will be prompted to allocate a VIN license the first time you attempt to flash a controller that is not already licensed to the FlashScan cable. There is nothing you need to enter, or register with EFILive at all.

Perform the flash attempt and just follow the directions that will be shown on screen; in a pop-up.
