    Default truck won't lockup

Working on a customers truck and I have never ran into this issue before. It won't lockup for anything. It will only lockup when commanded with the DVT.

    misfires are off
    apply/release speeds are in check

    what did I miss?

    log and tune are attached

converter is a yank. Customer has talked with them and they suggest the converter to be ok since it is able to be locked on command.

Can you post the stock unmodified file? Do you have it?

it was worked on before me and he had issues then.

I have compared it vs a stock tune from holden crazy and nothing sticks out.

Compare your file to this stock one. The misfires will not show up as it is currently tuned. I would start with this stock file and transfer the tables as necessary, after reviewing them.

I will take a look. However I'm no stranger to tuning, as I'm approaching 100 vehicles. Far from most shops, but I just do this on the weekend kind of thing. I have never seen an issue like this before. Which leads me to believe I may have over looked something or something is corrupt in the file, who knows.

I'm thinking about doing a segment swap and see if that fixes it.

    In the log I see:
    - TCCMODE says Locked but the TSTATE bits say the solenoid is off (this is strange),
    - when TCCMODE says Locked TCCSLIP comes down (maybe coincidence),
    - none of the TSTATE bits give an indication of why TCC is off.

I don't see anything in the tun file that would prevent TCC lockup.

    pretty much why I'm stumped.

Try this experiment (in the off chance): set all the Throttle Kickdown tables to all zero.
