New forum looks , looks kind of Facebookish , do you have a choice of themes ?

I'm sure there probably are themes available for it, but there didn't appear (from a very brief look) to be any choices in the default installation.

In all likelihood we'll keep the theme unaltered, like we have done with the vBulletin 3.x software.

The link you gave is the default theme http://forum.efilive.com/announcement.php?f=8, it looks new and improved , would be nice if you could do some EFILive icons for the folder set on the far left thread segments , just a thought .

Phone has some trouble with the new post page not showing who last posted on a thread, but that could be the browser .

This is a little hard getting used to, very different...

This is a good opportunity for you all to get familiar with what everyone is going to be updating to soon . vBulletin 4.0.x has been out for a while now and is at the point where it is considered stable (which is why we upgraded). I personally actually like the aesthetic of the site, the vBulletin 3.x skin was looking kind of dated. Might have a look around a bit later and see if there is a better "Skin". First priority is ensuring stability thought

Does this means ls1tech.com will be updated also...? I can imagine the mayhem that will ensue over there...

I would expect that at some point any vBulletin site will migrate to version 4.x. They will probably have significant consideration and testing around advertising/sponsorship as that is their revenue stream.
