My truck shows O2 not ready, heaterO2 not ready(current1)

His tune, O2, Heated O2, evap, and secondary AIR(dansmaggy)

Assuming you and your friend's vehicles still have all those devices intact, you have to perform a few drive cycles...

No, both cars have no rear O2's. I have about 4,000 miles on mine since the last time it was flashed, I think that to be an adequate drive cycle there's been about 250 miles on his.

Hmmm, what if those were set to "not reported" ? Seems if they weren't reported they would pass .
The evap canistor thing is a pain , but if the other ones were "not reported" , but drive cycles are, if working properly, the ticket.
"not reported" and the SRT test just checks them off as ready.

That's my problem, they are set to not reported, but still always show not ready. What would keep them from setting? btw I am running cos3 in both vehicles.

Must also have MIL set to On (in addition to Not Reported).

For off road use only .
Found this googling around : "P0131-P0167 - Oxygen sensors P0400-P0430 - EGR, AIR, and catalysts P1133-P1156 - Oxygen sensors P1404-P1416 - EGR and AIR systems P1441-P1443 - Evaporative purge Set to "not reported" should show you what you want to see, at least with regards to the tests. Leave the MIL indicator enabled for all " , not my work and have to state again "OFF ROAD USE ONLY" .
