bbl cant load tunes to truck???

ok i downloaded all updates put sd and formatted it,i loaded all my tunes to the sd card via efilive exp but when i try to load it the truck it takes about 30 seconds and then tells me to turn ignition off for 15 seconds but the tune wont go through????
my pcm is locked with a password and the v2 doesn't ask for the password could this be the problem??

Do you have the latest software, builds 117 and 97 (which includes firmware 2.6.35)...?

Do you have firmware 2.6.35 flashed into your V2...?

I don't know if the locked PCM is the problem, let me ask Tech Support.

i have firmware 2.06.35..........and bootblock 2.06.03

ok yeah the locked pcm was the issue i unlocked it and it works flawlessly......so for future reference the pcm needs to be unlocked for the bb flashing to work ..............thanks joecar

Yes, that is correct. The BBR/BBF routines do not unlock a controller that has been locked with a custom key. The option to supply a custom key during BBR/BBR will be added in a future release.
