yeah i checked for out of range errors and didn't get any. using build 117. also all i did was advance the whole high octane timing table 5% then filled in all cells less than 13.5* to be 13.5*. copied this to low octane table and subtracted 2*. these are the only timing changes i made

    The current versions are:
    - V7 (scantool, tunetool) Build 119.
    - V8 (EE, S&T, bb/fw): Build 99.

In any of those programs do Help->About to see the build version number.

The commanded AFR needs to be richer:
    - B3605: the high load cells should be richer than stoich (e.g. gasoline -> AFR should be 12.8 at WOT).
    - B3648: the high load cells should be richer than stoich (e.g. ethanol -> not sure on AFR at WOT, depends on ethanol content).
    - B3616: PE enable at 90% won't allow PE to kick in at part throttle load; need something like 60% below 4000 rpm and 40% above 4000 rpm... e.g. if you push throttle down part way you still need PE to kick in for acceleration.
    - B3808: set this to zero.

    Edit: corrected typo.

Timing can be as high as 1meangto made it... but check for KR whenever increasing timing.

I appreciate everyones help! i have been truck pullin with the Dmax and haven't been able to get on here. Had a little issue with this customer. On pricing. Someone told him a price he got confused thought i was doin it for $100. i don't have a stream license. he complained about the price gave him his money back, and the person who told him the wrong price paid for the license. So this is no longer an issue but i do appreciate all the help.
