    With a DSP5 tune, if the switch becomes disconnected will the PCM see 5 volts and go back
    to stock ??

    Yes, that's the idea. This is also why we recommend putting the stock tune in the factory calibrations section, not as one of the DSP5 tunes, unless you want the default to be a non stock tune.

    So why have the 25K resistor and not just an open circuit??

    How much Wattage should the resistors be ?

    Sorry, missed this.
    1/8W should also be fine if you are looking at using 0805 type resistor packages, otherwise stick with the higher wattage. It's low current we are dealing with.
