Can you give more detail where you are failing at? Can you get it to start? Anything?

The truck runs great, as great as stock can be LOL. I just can't read the tune from the ECM ??
To the best of my knowledge it has never been tuned nor has any cheater boxes (banks, edge)
What does V2 LCD say when you do this (BBR)...?
What does the tunetool say when you do this (passthru)...?
The V2 says Error, I don't remember what the number was.
The tune tool says loss of communication just after the seed is found. I tried 4 times with the software, I checked all connections.
After two tries I unpluged everything the USB cable the OBD cable and shutdown and restarted the software.
Have you tried pulling the Radio and Info fuses? That is often required on the LLY from what I see...

info fuse is for your onstar system.
