Default 98 2 bar custom OS

I'm tired of killing your search function. I think it is wimpering in the corner in pain...

Is there a COS for the thread title?

Nope, best bet is to convert to the newer PCM. Its just too easy and has plenty of benefits.

Well, it may be easy but I think there's a lot of rewiring to do at the PCM harness.

    Thanks for the info though!

What type of vehicle are you working on ?? If it's a truck I know a PCM swap specialist.

I can get you the PCM pin outs if you want. Basically you can get a 2002 PCM PN: 12200411 and move the wires
one at a time to match the function. For the trucks we already have a spreadsheet ( just makes it faster )

I have a spare 99+ ECM and I have access to the pinouts. Just a bit of a PITA to repin. My son is an electrician and if he wants to do the rewire, well, more power to him.

So, bottom line, a re-pin and there's a COS that'll hook up a basic 2bar MAP with a SD tune? Is that what we are talking about?

Yup once you do that you can use COS3 or COS5. Both have boost tables the main difference is 5 has nitrous tables.

    Yes, correct as L31Sleeper said...

by swapping to a 0411 PCM, your son can run the 12212156 based COS3 or COS5 both of which allow 2-bar or 3-bar MAP.

COS5 also has nitrous VE/spark modifier tables and an Alpha-N VE table if required.
