    Default Some pids not available on default vs my pids

    Ok, I have 2 rookie questions here. I made up a selection of pids I want to log, but I have to constantly select that pid file to log the right data. Is there a way to make my pid default?

    2nd part is, for some reason with default metric pids I can log injector duty cylcle, but when I use my pids it won't let me select them. it's saying that they are not supported??

    Thanks for any help,
    Frank

    Hi Frank,

    Goto Edit->Properties->Start Up->Load Defaults.

    Can you post a screenshot of the 2nd question... do you mean you can log but can't display those pids...?

    Thanks!! Got the my pids and dashboard loading on startup now!

    In other words the pid Calc.injdc1 has is shadowed with an X over it and I can't select it. However the same pid works if I log using the default metric pids. If I try to select it a box comes up saying it's not valid.

    I'm thinking it may be related to the Vin. If I change the vin other pids that I'm logging become unavialable. Is there a generic vin I can use? I'm using an 411 computer with cos3.

    thanks,

    On the CALC.INJDC1 pid do rightclick->More Info... this shows that this pid requires GM.IBPW1 to be selected also.
