Default Reflashing PCM from M to A ?

Just wondering, if I put a 2k LS1 PCM from a Manual into a 99 LS1 A4 car, is there anything else to do apart from reflashing the OS (currently has the Custom OS in it) and the tune? The PCM itself ought to be the same ...?

    Yes..

Just find a calibration for an auto and flash it in.

    Changing PCM:
    - full flash (want same trans segment as actual trans),
    - use the scantool to set the correct VIN for the car,
    - use the tunetool to do VATS relink,
    - verify car starts and runs properly,
    - use scantool to do CASE relearn.
