This table is still stock. I went through the tune after doing the segment swap on my notebook, but didn't notice that the 87.5 - 100% TP cells were not maxed out because the entire table doesn't fit on the screen and I didn't scroll down - just assumed that the whole thing was maxed out as in 60E tunes. The TP TCC release tables were all still stock also - all cells set to 100%. TP fluctuates between 99 and 100% in the logs at WOT. This is a single disc and we are probably looking at around 1000/1000 through it.

I've heard Yank puts "special" paint on their converters for a quick tell-tale to see if the clutch has been burnt (most commonly from locked up converters at WOT)

I saw similar pics of another burned Yank a few weeks ago, but he intentionally tried to lock it up at WOT. I was thinking....good thing I have always avoided lockup at WOT!

I guess GM is OK with locking up in 2nd at WOT(behind a stock 6.0L engine that is), but not at lower throttle positions. See attached stock 80E tunes obtained from the repository.

I couldn't see any broken parts rolling around in the converter, but there was clutch material even back into the transfer case adapter. And the day after the little drive in my sig vid it would not shift into reverse.

I fixed the TCC Apply tables to prevent locking at higher throttle positions. I have also bumped the TP TCC Release tables down to all 90% from 100% as an extra precaution.

They have it in some 2000 4L80E OSes also. I was getting 2nd gear lockup at 50 mph (right after the 1-2) After some digging around, Bluecat (from HPtuners forums) had run into it before with older PCMs and knew where the tables were. Luckily my car is still low power and it didnt hurt anything (9.5" non-billet).
