Default what ecu to use supercharged 6.0l

I'm having a harness built from scratch to run a Gm 6.0l truck engine. I would like to get some advice on what computer I should run. I'm running a ls9 supercharger with tbw. With the 24x engine I was going to run a e40 and use a ls9 maf. The combination is going into 56 chevrolet car with old school 4 speed. I was wondering from a tuning application should I go to a newer computer with 58x pickup?

I would say stick with the LS1 PCM, but, that will also depend if you are running electronic throttle or not, if you are running a cable then you will have to use the LS1 PCM.
There is no surprises with the LS1 PCM, there is countless supercharged engines getting around with an LS1 PCM, it's a proven winner. When you say old school 4 speed, you mean a TH700?

    Cheers,
    Ross

That's not old school enough he maybe means a Muncie M20 or M22.
