pulled bcm and radio fuse.
did a full os flash and efilive said there was a problem hit ok and it loaded the bootloader and flashed. car started. flashed again with the modified tune and car is up and running again.

Thanks for letting us know Dissonance, figured there was probably something on the bus not behaving.
I no longer monitor the forum, please either post your question or create a support ticket.
Dang aftermarket stuff broadcasting garbage when they shouldnt be. Tsk tsk to their developers.

The BCM is OEM... lol
[ is that possibly why GM left the BCM off the serial bus on the 4th Gen F-body, lol
