    Default boost controller

I have one of the most weirdest setup. I have a lt1 with a 88mm turbo that i wish to run flex fuel with. i have bought the efi connections 24x conversion to use the LS style PCM. I have chose to use the OS system 12579405 with a 1mb pcm. this OS is a flex fuel 6.0 liter truck OS. I have made a simple frequency generator that i can simulate the flex fuel sensor and command the amount of ethanol the computer sees manually. I am running a powerglide transmission. so i do not need any of the trans files. My main question here is . Can I use the TCC lock up or main line pressure file in the tune to control the boost on my turbo charger. or is that something that i can do in a custom os? I plan on using a custom os for the 3 bar map. but i haven gotten far enough along to actually connect to my pcm and flash the new os into it. thanks in advance

p.s did i mention this is in a ford mustang? LOL
