What kind of output does the E67 provide? If one was wired to an older 03 to 05 truck cluster (assuming the pinouts were in the correct location) would the cluster record the mileage, speed, rpm, etc. correctly?

The E67 was used in quite a bit of applications, some with class 2 and others with GMLAN. If you ran an operating system for a trailblazer SS (which used class 2 for body comms), for example, it should communicate properly with an 03-06 (and 07 classic) truck cluster... The 03-06 truck clusters have a dedicated tach wire and VSS wire. Everything else for the cluster (coolant, fuel, trans temp, oil press, etc) comes over class 2 data.

Ok... Now that question is answered, how will an E67 running a TBSS OS communicate with a T43?

Actually, the question I should be asking now, is, which vehicle has a T43 and uses class 2 for body communications?
