    Default b9021

minimum transient p/w.......(Minimum injector pulsewidth during transient conditions
This table has been shown to limit the minimum pulsewidth in some operating systems.)

i need to know if this is a number for residual fuel inside manifold (wall wetting)or an adder to fipw.

Neither. It is an actual minimum PW limit in ms. If this value is higher than your{B4003} minimum injector pulsewidth, when the pcm calculates a small pulsewidth this value + the voltage/manvac offset will be the minimum IBPW the pcm will command. If it is lower than {B4003}, then the pcm will use the default pulsewidth value {B4004}. Obviously the small pulse adder offset comes into play as well.

thanks 5.7 im juggling my Bosch #42 tring to find the lowest p/w i can command without high ve numbers ive got so far 1.633 i thought that b9021 if set to a low enough number the pcm doesnt take it into calculation for p/w

If B9021 is lower than B4003 it isnt taken into account as you thought. (but then B4004 is used if B4003 is hit) You may want to log battery voltage & manvac to see what offset value is being used.

    just one more question 5.7
so the highest p/w out of the 3 ie (min, default, transient) will be used along with battery voltage/manvac offset and small pulse adder..........for ibpw

If transient is higher than minmum pw. Transient plus adders is the minimum IBPW the pcm will command.
If minimum pw is higher than transient, default pw plus adders is the minimum IBPW the pcm will command.
