loading a tune into flashscan v2

hey guy's,
i recently purchased a flashscanv2.for sure a rookie here.after modifying a calibration,how can i load it to the flashscan and flash the pcm with just the flashscan?sorry if this post is not in the right place.

Format the SD card or internal memory with the V2>
Save the .tun as .ctd>
Drag and drop the .ctd into the Read folder of the SD card or internal memory of the V2 with EFILive Explorer.

First install the latest V7 and V8 software (see below) and update V2 firmware to 2.6.40 ... then do what mr.prick said.

thanks for the fast replies,
i updated to the newest version of software,and followed mr.prick's directions.but,i get an error:0502 script file not found.i see the flash in the flashscan,but i get that error when i attempt to program.

Use the S&T software to select the PCM/ECM for BBF, see pic.
