Default GMPP E67 and Cruise Control

With a GMPP E67 LS7 (2008) there is , of coarse, no cruise.

The instructions tell you to treat the system as an 06 CTSV, wiring and diagnosis wise.
The CTSV cruise is all intermixed with the brakes and traction control so I don't see that as a possibility.

What I do see is the 07 TBSS cruise wiring going directly to the E67.
Would this be do able with no BCM , modding a TBSS flash ?

I see many AU based aftermarket kits for specific fly by wire kits.
Has anyone made anything compatible to the E67?

    Thanks for any input.

Have thought this should be possible but never had a chance to follow it up. Do you have the pinout diagram? Everything connect direct to ECM?

    AU kits?

    Cheers

I should know this, but I havent had a lot of time lately to mess with my TBSS. I have the wiring diagram at home, Ill check it for you tonight. I thought most E67s ran cruise through the ECM and not the BCM?

Thanks, I do have Mitchell OD so I have been reading over various wiring diagrams for various GM cars.

So far the TBSS 2007 looked to be the most compatible.

Others seem to either not have direct brake "on-off" signals to the ECM or have the BCM involved.

    Thanks again

It looks like your right about the tbss cruise...here is gm's description and operation and no bcm or ebcm is mentioned. I also have the factory wiring diagram and the ecm pinouts as well if needed.

Is the schematic the one that shows "early production" and "late production" ECM options?

Early and late is on the diagram and shows C1/C2/C3 as being different. Wonder what ECM they are referring to for the late.

I see, didn't catch that earlier. From the description it looks like the early models may have had e40 ecms and the late models e67 ecms. may be safer to pull an 08 or 09 tbss os as they should all be e67.

Actuall it is the early that have C1/2/3 pin configurations for E67 and the late for something else, but not an E40. Wrong number of pins in the connectors. :(
