V2 Firmware DTC problem?

The V2 should still be able to read & clear Body/Chassis DTC's, right? This weekend, my HVAC went on the fritz again and started to blow hot air, like it has in the past. When I tried to pull the code, it didn't pull it, and when I cleared codes, it didn't clear the code from the HVAC module. In the past it would pull & clear the codes. Any thoughts?

I've never used the Scan Tool for that purpose. Have a look at the thread below ... seems like a similar issue ...
