You could add the 2011 Chevrolet Volt to the E78 list as well

I'm working on a E78 2011 GMC 2500. I don't see where I can turn off the dynamic airflow for fueling calculations. Is this possible and if so how? I'm also wondering how to shutdown the displacement on demand feature on the truck?

    Hi Mike,

The Dynamic Fuel calculation routines on the E78 are different to the E38, however, if you just want to turn it off then we can probably add that function. Same for AFM disable.

I had hoped to turn off the Dynamic calculation so I could put the vehicle in MAF only mode for proper scaling. As well I'd like to get rid of the AFM.

Default Virtual VE for E78 and ETC Throttle correction?

Looking for a few more tables for the E78 ECM: (Listed in order of priority preference).

    Cruze 1.4T
Engine Operation - General- Airflow- VE IMTV- Virtual VE 3 bar Forced Induction
Engine Operation - Idle - ETC Throttle area correction
Engine Diagnostics - ETC - ETC predicted airflow, ETC max predicted airflow

Any time to look into adding these?

    Cheers,
    Brian

    Hi Brian,

All I can do is put them on the to do list, September and October had be set aside to work entirely on Cummins Diesel in preparation for the SEMA and PRI shows (October and November).
I can however say that we already looked at the Virtual VE for the E78, we will need to make some changes to how V7 calculates it (vs the E38) because it's done slightly different. That has been on the cards for that ECM already.

    Cheers,
    Ross
