No vehicle detected 06 duramax

I recently went to clear an engine code with my v2 and it came up as no vehicle detected. I then inspected cable all seems fine where do I send it to get fixed thanks

Hey bud, check our cig lighter fuse..the port runs off of that fuse.

Already checked v2 is only thing that won't connect

In the Scan Tool go to Edit\Properties\Connections …….. set your default to EFILive FlashScan V 2.5 (HAPI).

Sometimes when you update the software, these settings get changed.

Which V7 software version and which V2 firmware version...?
