I could not find a stock .tun file 99 Vortec 7.4 C2500 file at http://www.holdencrazy.com/EFILive/stockTunes.php.

I don't have what you need---But, Check/Ask on the Monodax.com site. I'm pretty sure you can get it there. It might be in .bin format, but you can still open and use it in EFILive.
