Default 08 LS7 Corvette Reduced Power Mode w/ Ported TB

We did a pretty aggressive port job on a LS7 Throttle Body, also modified the shape of the throttle blade. Clearly there is more air getting into the motor at idle and various things are changing during transitions, letting off the throttle, etc. When I fired up the car I was getting codes P0121 and P1101. I made typical changes for a TB and was still forced to shut these codes off, plus others to keep them from coming back but the car will go into reduced power mode once every 5-6 dyno runs at the end of the run.

    Thoughts?

Yeah, put a working (stock) throttle body back on and make the same power...

as soon as u port the blade the driver of the TB gets damaged. You need a new one.

^ Why that doesn't make any sense at all. It gets damaged?

I tried porting the blade before, the motor is designed to work for a certain blade with engineered weight and dimensions, once you touch the blade it goes bad. You want to confirm, use a stock blade.
