CEL Codes

I am a new user to EFI Live and need help with finding why my CEL light is on and how to clear it. My ZO6 Corvette has never been hooked up to EFI live ad is stock. so
Can anyone please tell me step by step how to read what is causing the CEL to be on and how to clear it. Please remember that I have little experience with the program. My EFI live was used to tune an old and gone C6 and still has one license left on it although I was told when I bought it that no licenses are used to check and clear codes.

Hi Mike,

- turn on ignition key,
- connect EFLive FlashScan to vehicle and to laptop/PC,
- start scantool software,
- go Edit->Properties->Startup checkmark Try to establish OBD II connection and Collect all OBD-II information.
- click green/round connect button,
- goto ODB-II tab,
- click on DTC subtab, you should now see the DTC codes responsible for the CEL.

In V7.5 after you have read the codes, at the top click Info -> Clear DTCs (or Clear DTCs for listed modules if you prefer).
