Is there any way to determine which gear the transmission is in while logging data? The two I tried gave no information. I know you can see the difference in the charts, I was just looking for a more definitive indication.

I've not personally hooked up to an Allsion shifted truck to test this.
Once our Allison support program gets underway expect some new PID's that will be specifically for that TCM.

LLY will be out before 2006, Allison TCM is next in line, but at this stage just to test the waters. We should know by mid Jan if we are going to progress further.
However, we do plan on adding in some Allsion specific controls into the scantool at the very least.
