2006 Silverado Turbo. . Really need a COS.

Ok after figuring out i can not use a 05 or older OS to acquire a COS 3 to run my 2 bar set up. Link here http://forum.efilive.com/showthread....o...-questions

How come we stopped making COS's at 05? Just out of curiosity? Cause when i full flash and 05 or older OS it will not communicate with the APP/TAC module and fall into reduced power mode. What are the chances of us getting a COS for 06 and up PCM's? Is there any certain reason behind why you guys stopped at 05? I could probley get an 05 and later OS to work, but i would have to swap alot and do some repining and adding from what i got from TAZ. I haven't looked more into it yet. More curious as to why the COS stop at 05?
