    Default EfiLiveV4 Evaluation: problem loading definition *xml

    Sorry to impose, but it appears I can't load any of the existing vehicle definition files. Once I have clicked the menu icon "select vehicle and load definition file from XML"... then select a xml file (ie gmh-vt8-ls1.xml), the following message appears:
    27:48.296: Opening COM1 8228,8,N,1
    27:48.296: Can't open Com1. The system cannot find the file specified.

    Can any one point me to a forum thread or help me out? Cheers

    If you read the efilive thread "new to tuning" it may help you. A bit long winded, but there is some discussion in there on setting up com ports.
