error $0533 ?

Tried to flash a new trans tune from COW and It would not accept the tune - said error $0533 (VIN was already taken). My tuner verified the problem - Is there a work around for this or is it a program bug. I am only using the Autocal on my one vette. Thanks

It has been verified as a program bug and is fixed in the next release which we expect to be releasing in the next couple of days. Sorry for the inconvenience.

my tuner emailed me -
EFILiveV8.1.2.144_Setup.exe
which fixed my vin registration problem and let me install the A6 tune on vette

From my tuner to fix a bug as described above - Chuck COW, It is AUTOCAL.

We would have sent Chuck the Build 144 release (which is basically in internal build) to resolve the $0533 error specifically. We expect to be putting up a full general version (and enable auto update) in the next few days I believe.
