    Default 2004.5 LLY EGR Block???'s

Did a EGR Delete kit on a 2004.5 LLY and with EFI Live turned off the DTC's P0401 thru P0406 & P1404 but truck goes into a kind of Limp Mode(no power 1-2lbs of Boost only) after a couple of minutes of driving. Is there anything else that has to be turned off or disabled. Diesel newbie

    Thanks in advance...

    GAMEOVER,

First off, I am new to all this too, but...

Give this a try. Go to {B1506} EGR Maximum Percentage and {B1507} EGR Minimum Percentage and set all the values on the chart to zero. That may clear up your setting of codes.

Well I tried the settings above and now it will only Boost to 8-9lbs maximum and EGT's are over 800F...No DTC's or codes

You will not see a EGR code because you disabled the diagnostic code with C2401.

I wonder if you may have a leak somewhere on your delete kit. Double check the up-pipes and the intake caps. I would say there is a leak on the intake side.
