Question Cold idle speed ramp up time??

    [new EFI user]
Is there any way to set a delay time from when you hit the key and when the engine idles up to it's cold RPM target speed?
I set my LBZ to 1000RPM target speed with cold ECT but it goes there as soon as it fires up. I would like to have a delay to allow a little oil flow then ramp up..

    Thanks !

    Default

I changed the setting to 850 yesterday for fear that the idle speed will push through the brakes if the truck was put in gear by using that high of a desired idle speed vs ECT.
Is there a way to alter/raise the factory cold engine elevated idle parameter that will disengage if the brake is applied?

    Thanks !
