Help please

I cant tune my ecm. I have the latest software. Everytime i try to tune is goes through says ecm tune sucessfully but at the end of 15 sec it says permissison denied. What did i do wrong

If it is when you are attempting to save the calibration then it will be filesystem permissions on your laptop/pc. In that case try saving to the Desktop. Otherwise email me (support@efilive.com) a screenshot of the error if you can.

then it says can not create file c/program files/ 003847606820. ibu access is denied

Can you please change your User Access Control (UAC) settings as per this knowledgebase article?

The path should be C:\Program Files\EFILive\V7.5\...

Let me know if that makes a difference.
