Default How do I know if I have the latest boot block/firmware that supports BBx on V2?

I just received my V2 tonight, and installed V7.5 and V8 on my home computer. I then updated both. Finally, I plugged the V2 into the USB, and using EFI Explorer, it says the bootblock version is 2.07.01 (Oct-14-2010) and Firmware version is 2.07.04 (Nov-30-2010). I did not update the device, this is how it came. I looked under download software, and it appears this is the latest. Is that correct?

    Thank you!

Yes sir … those are the most up to date (non Beta) versions of the Bootblock and Firmware.

Thanks Taz! In the future, where do I find this info? Under download software there was a link for what's new in XXX, is that about the only way. With all the different version floating around, it's easy to become confused (Beta, non-beta, use this, don't use that for LLy's, etc...). After playing with the V2 last night, it seems pretty cool and definitely has a lot of capability. Perhaps I'm the problem, but it seems like the documentation is lacking, which makes getting up to speed tough. Thanks again!

For current released/non-beta software see the downloads page at www.efilive.com

For current beta software see: Software-Updates-and-Installation-Help
