tune is for a c6 twin turbo 418 ls2 based e40... drivability is great, cant get enough fuel @ WOT. fuel pump is sufficient, shooting for 18 psi. Cant get it to run MAP only either??? (speed density)

Fix the out of range values in tables B2515 and B0138, that should pop up immediately when you open the tune up.

But Im getting the same results, I arbitrarily assigned 250 to a few cells in the Boost VE table and after saving the file and reopening it, they reverted back to 139.xx.

That is actually the maximum value the E40 ECM will take due to the scaling they have on the VE values. If you still can't get enough fuel with the VE table at it's maximum then you might need to drop the injector flow rate table so the ECM will think it needs to hold the injector open longer to compensate for less injector flow.
With it not running in SD mode you need to switch the P0102 DTC back on, but just turn the MIL off for P0102 & P0103. Also put ALL the MAF failure parameters back to stock and just change C0301 to 15, job done, it will then drop in to SD mode.

Hmm, so does that mean the ECM is only actually seeing the 139.xx values after a flash?

Yes, but that is the equivalent of $FFFF in hex, you can't get bigger than that.

Gotcha, makes sense now. Maybe restrict that table's max value to 139.xx so future people dont get confused when the limit in EFILive says 500?
