In all fairness, it does say...
That implies that as long as a child has the option to not take part, all is OK. However, it goes on to say...They could also be fined if children were required to take part in cultural activities such as Easter egg hunts or Christmas tree decorating.
So how do you allow a child to not take part in say... an Easter egg hunt, but not "separate" them from a group?Draft regulations for the legislation reveal workers could be fined $2000 for "separating" children.
Usless law makers!
