    Default efi live trouble shooting need help!!!!!

    recently purchased efi live v2 for my 2008 gmc duramax and installed the program but when i go out to my truck to download my trucks stock tune into my computer so i can start tuning my truck but when i try to do this it will not connect to the interface and ive tried reconnecting cables any suggestions?????
