    Default boosted commanded a/f

    dont mess with this thing enought to remember where the boosted commanded a/f is on a custom operating syst. for a 02. any help?

    First you get the VE tables (B0101, A0009) correct, then when MAP exceeds 100kPa, boost AFR is the 100kPa column of B3647 with A0008 ECT multiplier applied.
