For all intents and purposes, that is an 0411 PCM already. Its not the physical PCM that's the issue, its the OS and associated hardware (TAC/ETC/APP) that is the problem.
You'd have to replace them with stuff from a Vette I believe, not cost effective. Maybe put in a support request to add DMA PID support for that OS?

There is updates to the 12209203 OS.
12212156 or 12216125 if the engine is Flex Fuel.
If anyone is running the 12209203 OS, Email support the tune you read from the truck I'll see if I have one of the later OS's here, and is the engine Flex Fuel?

Morbid truck curiosity: so the PCM in the truck has red/blue connectors, an A/C high pressure switch (instead of high pressure sending unit), and DBW throttle?

Hello Mr. P.,
Select 2002 Truck / SUV were the first to have DBW - which became standard on trucks (except some vans) in 2003. I'm away from the shop currently - no access to database - believe there were 3 or 4 DBW 2002 OS. These may use the 12200411 PCM, but are programmed very differently.
As a one year only item - the tunes / TB / APP / TAC are unique.
Regards,
Taz
I'm in the same boat as the original poster of this thread. I'm running the 12200411 PCM and the 12209203 OS. My setup is a 24x conversion on a Vortec L31 5.7 and has DBW, LS2 coils packs, and just the A/C high pressure switch also. I wanted to do a CalcVET today but realized that those three PIDs are not valid with this OS. I sent a message to Blacky which brought this topic back up, and hopefully, a solution for us guys running this OS.
I don't think we'll revisit DMA PID's for this OS, it's quite old and out of date, GM released an update for it.
We'll look for the updated stock files and get them hosted here: http://www.tunefiledepot.com/

Wow; I was under the [wrong] assumption on GMT-800 if you had the red/blue connectors on the PCM & the A/C switch that it would be cable-driven TB. You gents got a "crossover" vehicle.
