when i go into my tune tool it says authorization set to demo wtf???? i went to help register efi live and put in my serial number and all other info please help

At the Help->Register EFILive window did you enter in all the information, including the date, exactly as printed on the blue card...?

If your name does not appear on the blue card, then do not enter your name.

Can you post a screenshot from your PC.

how do i take a screenshot hahaha and ya i cant save anything just stuck in demo i dont know why i uninstalled it and re - installed same deal

Display the Help->Register EFILive window, on your keyboard do SHFT-PrtScr, then open MS Paint and paste the image and save to desktop with a filename.

The do this on the forum page:

Go Advanced -> Manage Attachments -> Add Files -> Select Files,

select the file(s) you want to upload, Open,

Upload Files -> Done

You need to Select "Commercial Scan & Tune" if you bought EFILive for tuning.

After you entered the details, did you close the the software and re open it?
