Can't get rid of demo mode -- license card problem?

I just bought a new V2 scan and tune, and got it in the mail today

When I pulled out the licence, I was somewhat surprised to see that the Issue date was 01-Jan-2000. I entered the details exactly as on the card, selected "Scan and Tune Commercial" -- Exited out of the program, unplugged the interface, and re-started v7.5 tune tool. Then I get the "Authorization set to DEMO mode" error message.

I am guessing there's an error somewhere??? Seems to be able to open and save tunes fine with the scanner plugged in, but when it's not, I'm restricted to demo mode.

Do not enter your name (unless it appears on the blue card).

"01-Jan-2000" seems odd/old...

Seems like the blue license card did not get printed correctly during packing/shipping. Sorry about that.
Please send your FlashScan serial number to support@efilive.com (or directly to me at paul@efilive.com) and we'll send you the correct license details.

Thanks guys - Now if I could just figure out an easy way to copy my timing table from HPT to EFI Live (inversed data columns... )

Right click in the EFILive table top left grey cell to select the entire table and select "Copy with Labels".
Then open the window: View->Show calibration window ans select the [Conversions] tab page.
Click on [Create New Table] and that will create a matching temporary table.

Then click on [Transpose] to swap the rows/columns.
Then copy/paste the data from HPT to the transposed table.

Then click [Transpose] again to get it back into EFILive's format.
Then right click the temporary tabl's top left grey cell and select "Copy with labels".

Then go back to the original table and right click and select "Paste->Paste with labels".
