    Default t42, no ISS

    Greetings

We plan to do an engine swap, since we got a 4l60 trans and a genIV engine. Do you have theTCM file to do this? or could you tell me a shop that works on this conversions?

    thanks for your help

A 4L60E uses essentially the same controls as later A4 variants - just lacking the ISS (input speed sensor). If you have a Gen IV wiring harness / ECM / TCM that was originally designed for use with an A4 transmission, you should be "good to go".

Do you own a V2 and use EFILive software ? If so, reprogram the TCM by turning off / changing any parameter linked to the ISS.

Thanks for your answer. I do own an interface.
Could you please point me on what tables/ parameters to modify?
Or is there some transmission files I can compare?
    Thanks again
