Default Hard 1-2 and 3-4 shift

I have a 5 speed allison 1000 in my 2006 dodge ram 2500 using the destroked adapter plate and conversion harness. The transmission has the complete stage 4 rebuild kit from PATC along with there tripple disc converter. Recently ive been having a extreemly hard shift from 1-2 and 3-4 with the transmission, it seems as if it releases almost all clutch pressure and then locks extreemly hard to to the point that it chirps the tires. The truck seems to shift better with the more throttle i give it and seems to only shift like this under low throttle. I have reset the TAPS on the transmission and it seemed like it was getting better and after a little bit of driving the shift pattern came back. Any insite on this would be greatly appreciated.

Check PC solonoid valves, springs, and checkballs. Had identical issue, worth a try
