A customer purchased a new V2 from a reseller and after registering it online and entering the serial and registration key in the tune tool I show 0 available licenses. Since it was new out of the box I expected 2 licenses on it. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong and can't figure out who to email to ask. The helpdesk isn't recognizing my login and password so posting here is the best I can come up with. If someone could email me with some help that would be great.
