Ok so my problem is finally fixed. I updated to boot block manually in the FS, to 2.5.x, then through EE to 2.7 and then the firmware and then the boot block again back and forth until everything was green and finally works, YAY!props to EFILive for designing and engineering these things to be so tough and functional, they always work good as long as your willing to put a little effort into it, even all through the years of flashing and various conditions and updating.
